Hi, if I get 38k GBP per year salary in UK before taxes, what amount I'll have after taxes? I need help calculating them taxes.
I'm using these tables: HM Revenue & Customs: Income Tax allowances

38k - 8105 GBP (personal allowance) = 29895 GBP taxable amount

My tax rate is Basic: 20% (right?), so I'll have 20% of 29895 = 5979

National insurance - "if you earn more than £146 a week and up to £817 a week, you pay 12 per cent of the amount you earn between £146 and £817" (from National Insurance - the basics : Directgov - Money, tax and benefits )
should I count after personal allowance? Then it would be 29895 GBP / ~52 weeks = 574.90 per week, that would put me in 12% category. So, National insurance tax would be 12% of 29895 = 3587.4

So my net salary would be 38000 - 5979 - 3587.4 = 28433.6 GBP. Am I correct? Did I miss anything? I do not have any benefits (company car, fuel, etc).

The personal allowance only applies for income tax calculation purposes I'm afraid! The primary threshold of £146 per week works in a similar way, but it is a lower amount than the personal allowance (works out at about £7,613 per annum). You are correct that you fall into the 12% category, so Class 1 NICs should apply to your income which is in excess of the primary threshold.

Hope this helps.
