I am not an accountant but trying to keep track of my accounting for my Amazon business. I use an easy online accounting apps called "Zipbooks" that allow you to create categories etc..
I am just struggling to know how to effectively enter the transactions showing under the "refunds" section of the attached statement. Do I need to create a new category for each item under "refunds"?
What is the simplest way to deal with or account for this statement that you recommend?
