We're looking to add to add an administrative employee to our audit practice. The role we are most concerned about is performing the final review of financial statements for spelling, usage, grammar and presentation. The work is simple, boring, extremely detail oriented and very important (anything that saves us from looking like idiots is very important to me).
It just seems like a hard spot to fill.... Smart, but willing to do simple work at a very high level. Others must have had success and failure with this so it'd be great to get some suggestions.
