Adding costs to an invoice

When I create sales invoices in QuickBooks, I created a new line item with it's own part number that I use for different things like shipping, sales tax, etc. All you need to do is make sure you tag it to the correct account.

Firstly, from the main QuickBooks menu, choose Customers > Create Invoices.
Then select the template you want to customize. Finally customize your template according to your needs.

When you want sell a product or service in credit terms ,first you have to create customers Information ID,Address ,then click customer Menu for Creating Invoices
