UK Activity based costing

I have a piece of homework for uni and i am struggling to get my head round the question. Essentially I am asked to calculate the unit cost and given a set of figures to work with. However, reading various examples and equations on the internet, I am still not getting it. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Here are on the screenshot below. Also total overheads is 200,000 and total machine hours is 100,000
