Hello, I own a patent which I will be selling to a company. As of now, I have not created a company but what I wanted to do is put the funds from my sale into a business account and pay myself a salary over multiple years (3 or 4). That money will be taxed through payroll but I don't want it taxed as company profit at the end of the year.
Is there anyway to establish a company (Inc, LLC, s or c corp) and place the funds into a business account for use as payroll until the funds are gone?
Thank you
-Sandra
