Hello, I am curious to what extent is organizing clients' paper documents a problem for accountants?
I am developing a tool, which will allow individuals to scan documents with a smartphone, find service provider (accountant, lawyer, translator,...) and request a service based on the document. The tool will handle document flow from scanning with a smartphone to document categorization on accountant's side. It will also allow accountants to offer their services to new clients directly via client's mobile devices.
Would you say that this kind of tool might be helpful/beneficial to accountants? Is my assumption correct, that speeding up the flow of paper documents can significantly help accountants in their operations? I would be grateful for your advice (more details can be found on visuu.com).
