India Accounting of infinite voucher cards

Hi,

Kindly advice on accounting of infinite voucher cards like telecom operator cards. For example, we print 5000 cards of a certain value. and post it as stock, but our employee generate lot of serial numbers for distribution. Hence, how should be the accounting procedure to post the infinite cards?
