USA Accounting Jobs/Internships That Provide Excellent Training

Hello, I would like the opinion of someone who has knowledge of a good accounting job or internship program that has a good reputation for good mentoring and providing excellent training. I have a masters in accounting, and also a year and a half experience in public accounting, but I feel my training is still lacking. If anyone has any input, I would greatly appreciate it.
