USA 941 form

There was a discrepancy in the amount we paid and I am trying to change it on the 941 form. We paid more than what is on the form and when I correct the quater it does not correct the rest of the form. Please help.

Was this a 941 you were preparing from accounting software? If so, you need to correct your accounting, not merely adjust the 941. Plus, if you override one line on the automatically calculated 941, it will not adjust the other lines. Instead, you need to override every line that changes. Better to fix the problem that is causing inaccuracy of the form.
